Do you lock in my WhatsApp number?
No. Your number, your Meta account, your data. Leave anytime and everything stays yours.
What do messages cost?
Standard inbound questions and bookings normally stay inside the 24-hour customer service window opened by your customer's message. Under Meta's current published rules, service replies and utility replies inside that window are not charged. You only incur Meta fees if you opt into a chargeable outbound feature, such as an eligible reminder sent after the window closes. We explain that before enabling it, and Srileo adds zero markup.
How many customers can the included AI allowance serve?
Five million AI tokens are included per location each month. For typical local-business enquiries and bookings, that is enough to serve around 1,000 unique clients and covers the normal usage of about 90% of businesses. If most chats are straightforward bookings, it can support roughly 1,000 appointments. Actual capacity varies with conversation length and complexity.
Can my team review or approve Elily's answers?
Yes. Your team can follow replies, take over instantly and require approval for selected answer categories. Daily updates can still happen by WhatsApp, so no dashboard is required.
Will the price automatically increase if usage is high?
No. The monthly plan does not automatically increase. If unusual traffic or spam pushes usage towards the included allowance, we alert you, help identify and stop the spam, and agree on any genuine extra capacity before it is enabled.
How does the two-week trial work?
Your trial starts when Elily goes live. If she is not right for your business, tell us within 14 days. We refund 100% of the one-time registration fee, stop the service and do not start the monthly subscription.

Yes. Elily can keep each branch's services, hours, staff, calendar and booking rules separate while giving the business one consistent WhatsApp experience.
