Lite is $19 per month. It includes 500 AI replies, one staff calendar, unlimited knowledge base pages with uploads, a bookings list, no Elily branding and email support.
What is included in Pro?
Pro is $49 per month. It includes 1,200 AI replies, with additional 500-packs available, plus multiple staff calendars, reminders, approval controls and the full analytics dashboard.
Are bookings capped?
No. Free, Lite and Pro have no booking cap. Monthly usage is based on the number of AI replies included with each plan.
How many Google Calendars can I connect?
Free includes one Elily or Google calendar. Lite includes one staff calendar. Pro supports multiple staff and resource calendars for each location.
Does Elily send reminders and follow up after no-shows?
Booking reminders, no-show follow-up and post-24h re-engagement are included with Pro. They are not included with Free or Lite.
Can I approve replies before Elily sends them?
Free and Lite use auto mode only. Pro includes approval mode and switching between auto and approve.
Does Elily branding appear in replies?
Free replies include "Powered by Elily" branding. Elily branding is removed on Lite and Pro.
What support is included?
Free includes docs and email support with a 72-hour response time. Lite includes email support with a 48-hour response time. Pro includes same-day WhatsApp support.
Can I add another location?
Additional locations are available on Pro. They are not available on Free or Lite.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API to use Elily?
