Yes. Elily checks live availability and applies therapist skills, rooms, facilities and turnaround buffers before she offers a valid place or appointment.
What if a client asks for a specific therapist?
Elily checks that therapist's availability and only offers valid options. If they are unavailable, she follows your rule for offering an alternative or handing the chat to your team.
Can clients reschedule or cancel in WhatsApp?
Yes. Elily can move or cancel the booking, update Google Calendar and confirm the change in the same WhatsApp thread.
Can she explain what a spa package includes?
Yes. She answers from the package details you approve. Questions about treatment suitability go to a qualified member of your team.
Do I have to replace my current booking system?
Not for a trial. Elily books into Google Calendar. If your current system does not sync with Google Calendar, we map the safest setup before go-live rather than claim a connection that is not there.
