Elily checks that artist or piercer's availability and only offers valid options. If they are unavailable, she follows your rule for offering an alternative or handing the chat to your team.
Yes. Elily can move or cancel the booking, update Google Calendar and confirm the change in the same WhatsApp thread.
Only when your approved rules allow it. Custom design, placement, cover-up and complexity questions go to an artist, usually through a consultation before the tattoo is booked.
