Meta WhatsApp fees are paid from the connected WABA balance and remain separate from the respond.io subscription.
respond.io provider fees
Use a flat monthly fee for the subscription. Do not enter 5.5% as a per-message markup; it is a percentage applied to balance top-ups and must be modeled separately.
