Full-course enrolment is immediate and self-serve through the signed-in Srileo Learn classroom. Access begins after the payment is confirmed.
These Learner Terms govern paid digital-course access through Srileo Learn. “Srileo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SRILEO TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. “Learner” and “you” mean the person who purchases or uses paid course access.
1. Accepting these terms
By purchasing or using paid course access, you agree to these Learner Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use paid course access.
2. What your purchase includes
The IREB CPRE Foundation Level Exam Prep Course costs ₹4,999 for 12 months' access. This is one all-inclusive price.
Your purchase provides personal online access to the course on the Srileo Learn platform. Paid content requires a learner account and sign-in. Nothing is emailed or posted to you. The course does not include a completion certificate.
3. Access period
Paid access begins on the purchase date and continues for 12 months. Access ends at the end of that 12-month period unless it ends earlier because a refund is issued or these terms are materially breached.
4. Your learner account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Your account and course access are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, sold or made available to another person.
5. Permitted use
Srileo gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course for your own study during the access period. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, scrape, record, upload or create a competing product from the paid lessons, quizzes, answer explanations or interactive materials.
6. Course scope and exam outcomes
The course is independent exam-preparation material. IREB and its examination providers control the official syllabus, examination, eligibility, scheduling, fees and results. Purchasing or completing this course does not guarantee that you will pass an examination or receive any credential from a third party.
We may correct errors and make reasonable updates to keep the course accurate and usable. We will not materially remove the paid study access described at purchase without providing an appropriate remedy.
7. Refunds
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase, with no questions asked, by emailing contact@srileo.com. Paid access ends when a refund is issued. The full process is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Availability
We will use reasonable care to keep Srileo Learn available and course content accessible. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, provider outages or events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to restore access.
9. Intellectual property
Srileo and its licensors retain their rights in the course platform, course text, original exercises, software, design and related materials. These terms give you access rights only and do not transfer ownership.
10. Ending access for misuse
We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, share an account, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with the platform or use it unlawfully. Where the issue can reasonably be fixed, we will give notice and a fair opportunity to fix it before ending access.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer right that requires a different forum.
