This policy applies to purchases of the IREB CPRE Foundation Level Exam Prep Course from SRILEO TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED through Srileo Learn.
1. Course price and access
The course costs ₹4,999 for 12 months' access. This is one all-inclusive price. A purchase provides online access to the course through the Srileo Learn platform for 12 months from the purchase date. A learner must sign in to use paid course content.
Course access is provided online. No course content, files or other materials are delivered by email or post.
2. Seven-day refund window
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of your purchase. The refund is provided in full, with no questions asked.
3. How to request a refund
Email contact@srileo.com within seven calendar days of purchase. Use the subject “Srileo Learn refund request” and include the email address used for your learner account so we can identify the purchase.
4. What happens after a refund
Access to the paid course ends when the refund is issued. The free Module 1 lessons and free chapter quiz remain publicly available without a learner account.
5. Cancellation after the refund window
The course is a single purchase for a fixed 12-month access period, not a recurring course subscription. There is no renewal to cancel. If no refund is requested within seven calendar days, access continues until the end of the 12-month period, subject to the Learner Terms and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
